Some default URL, username, password for 12.2.x instance

Using RapidWiz to install EBS 12.2, and if you choose express installation, probably you don't know what is the default username and password for the system (except Weblogic password*-- you need to enter it during installation). 
Here is the quick list:

Database: system/manager, apps/apps

Weblogic: weblogic/[you should know this one] 

Enterprise Manager: same as Weblogic

EBS sys admin: sysadmin/sysadmin

EBS = http://xxx.yyy.com:8000/OA_HTML/AppsLogin

Weblogic for fs1 = http://xxx.yyy.com:7001/console

Weblogic for fs2 = http://xxx.yyy.com:7002/console

Enterprise Manager for fs1 = http://xxx.yyy.com:7001/em

Enterprise Manager for fs2 = http://xxx.yyy.com:7001/em

* Make sure you use a password which contains at least one upper character and one number, and at least 8 character long.  My favorite Weblogic password (which is usually used in Oracle University courses) is --- Welcome1.
