Finally the patch 19676458, also known as "ORACLE E-BUSINESS SUITE 12.2.5 RELEASE UPDATE PACK", was completed in Windows environment (inside VM).
This patch was applied immediately after installing 12.2.0 through RapidWiz, and applying some hot patches (AD, TXK). The time used for this monster patch was about 10 hours. This is the new login page:

The Alta Look-and-Feel for OA framework is introduced in this patch, and the login page becomes …. minimal. The navigator page (home page) looks like that now:
